Updated October 9, 2026
Get Landscape Work is a service of MJ Sandbar Resources LLC, Central Florida. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit this website, request alerts or use its membership links.
Information you give us
The free-alert form asks for your first name, email address and selected counties. We use those details to handle your request, match your service area, send bid alerts and respond to questions. Messages you send us may include additional information you choose to provide.
Services that handle information
- Netlify hosts this website and processes its signup form. Your form details are stored through Netlify. Hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
- MailerLite is used for email alerts. It processes subscriber contact details needed to manage and deliver email. Email activity, such as opens or link clicks, may be recorded depending on the email settings.
- Stripe handles membership checkout and billing on its own pages. Information entered at checkout is handled by Stripe. The free-alert form does not ask for card details.
- Google Fonts supplies the website’s typefaces. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which exposes technical connection information such as your IP address to Google.
These services handle information under their own privacy practices. Official bid portals linked from this site are separate services; information you provide there goes to those providers.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in an alert email, or email hello@getlandscapework.com to stop alerts, correct your signup details or request deletion of information associated with your email address. We may need to confirm the request came from you.
Stopping emails does not cancel a paid membership. Use Manage billing to cancel your subscription.
Keeping information
Signup and subscriber information is kept to manage your request, alerts, membership and support. You can ask us to delete it. Billing records or information needed to resolve an outstanding issue may need to be retained separately.
